APPLICATION CONFIGURATION

Mobile App Setup Process

Complete the following application setup, SIM activation and KYC verification process.

Download Efactor IOE App

Download and install the Efactor IOE App from the Play Store. Register using your credentials and login once the signup process is completed.

Add Your Device

Click the Plus (+) icon shown in the top-right corner of the application. Scan the QR code printed on the device to add it to your application.

Open Notifications

Click on the added device in the application. Then click on the Notification icon located beside the Settings icon.

Activate SIM

Click on SIM Activation, enter the required details and submit the form. The SIM will be activated within 24 hours.

Open Account Settings

Click the Settings icon on the home page and then select the Account option available in your profile.

Complete KYC

Click on KYC and provide Aadhaar Card and PAN Card details. Upload the required KYC pictures. Verification will be completed within 24 hours.

Electrical Connection Setup

Follow the correct phase colour code while connecting the power supply and motor cables.

R

Red Phase

Y

Yellow Phase

B

Blue Phase

STEP 07

Connect the power supply cables to the INPUT terminals by following the same colour code: R - Y - B.

STEP 08

Connect the cable coming from the motor to the OUTPUT terminals by following the same colour code.

STEP 09

Switch ON the power. Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds. The GSM Pump Controller will switch ON.

Important Note

Manual Operation:
Unless SIM activation and KYC verification are completed, the GSM Pump Controller can be operated manually.
ONLINE STATUS Once KYC verification and SIM activation are completed, the device will appear in the Efactor IOE application with ONLINE status. The GSM Pump Controller can then be controlled remotely through your mobile phone.
