WIFI Pump Controller Setup Process
Follow the simple step-by-step instructions below to install, configure, and connect your pump controller with the Efactor IOE mobile application.
Download the App
Download and install the Efactor IOE App from the Play Store. Register using your credentials and, after completing the signup process, log in to the application.
Add & Scan Device
Click the Plus (+) icon shown in the top-right corner of the application to add a device. Scan the QR code printed on the device. The device will then appear in the application.
Connect Input Supply
Connect the power supply cables to the Input Terminals by following the same colour code: R.Y.B.
Connect Motor Output
Connect the cable coming from the motor to the Output Terminals by following the same colour code: R.Y.B.
Switch On Controller
Switch on the power supply. Then press and hold the START button for 3 seconds. The pump controller will switch on.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Connect the device to your Wi-Fi network by following the detailed network connection guidelines below.
Guidelines to Connect the Device to the Network
Follow these simple steps to connect your pump controller to Wi-Fi.
Click on the device shown in the application.
Click on Device Settings.
Click on Connect the Device to the Network.
Available Wi-Fi networks will be displayed on the screen.
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the correct password.
Click OK and wait for approximately one minute. The parameters will automatically load and turn into green tick marks.
Click Done. The device will now appear in the application with Online Status.
You can now monitor and operate your pump controller through the mobile application.
Device Successfully Connected
Once the device status is shown as Online, you can operate and monitor your pump remotely using the Efactor IOE mobile application.
Important Safety Note
Ensure that the electrical connections are made correctly according to the R.Y.B phase colour code. Electrical installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
